The positive effects of the outdoors for people’s mental wellbeing has been well documented and researched. All of our walks take place in the great outdoors in our natural environment of space and freedom. At NavTrek we are passionate about spending time in the outdoors and we love to share this passion with others. Our wellbeing walks foster a compassionate and supportive environment to meet and connect with other people.
We are experienced in working with people of all ages and abilities and our wellbeing walks are inclusive, sociable and enjoyable for all. The outdoors is a wonderful stimulus for thoughts and our wellbeing walks provide a great opportunity to bring people together to walk and talk, think, share and reflect away from the stress of day to day life.
Our wellbeing walks are led by qualified mountain leaders. We will explore the natural environment to enhance your experience; from flora and fauna to the geology of the landscape. Being fully aware of our surroundings and in the present moment is the key concept of mindfulness and our wellbeing walks.
The ticket fee for this wellbeing event is taken as a donation to charity.
